A MUST in Blog Layout

Blog Layout a MUST!

When you landed on a particular site it is easy to tell yourself that that this one is nice, very good and sometimes you even say… “I want my site/blog to be like this!”

Whether you accept it or not it’s an instinct to ones thinking to admire a thing. And as the saying goes… give credit where credit is due.

What I wanted to share here is that Blog and Website layout must be given utmost attention since this is where the definition of what you are trying to relay to your

readers becomes visible through the layout.

Likewise you must take into consideration the color and graphics since these factors determines whether your readers will stay or just take a glimpse then go. But we all knew it that using appropriate pictures for your post would create a desire for them to stay and most probably read more and interact by leaving a comment of satisfaction.

Are you aware of this? By now, start to make an assessment of your site/blog and try to hop from blog to blog and sites as well to see for yourself what you wanted then make the necessary adjustment.

Always remember that “first impression… really is the best way to have readers to come back and be friends with and your way out for a big business opportunity.

Make your move now and make your mark it’s your way to gain success whether by chance or by choice it’s a win-win advantage for you.

Have a nice weekend my Friends…

Happy Blogging to everyone… I’m just a Blog away from all of you…

Health is Wealth…

Health is Wealth…

These days I’m happy that the “No Smoking” campaign in public transport vehicles and in some public places is now being imposed and that is a welcome development in order for us to breath a little bit of clean air.

Lately, in the world of science and medicine there are some finding that our present working condition and habits were likewise unhealthy for us.

So what do we have to do now? Well maybe one thing is certain that if something is uneasy for our condition then get rid of it right away.

Records are very important for our daily life… from breakfast to supper, oh, what’s that for?

Sometimes, after eating something, after two hours or so you start to feel uneasy, you have a bum stomach or you feel acidic, here you need what you have written.

Check on it then avoid that food for the rest of the week or if you happen to have it on other occasion and the same happens again… it’s time to say goodbye to that fruit, vegetable or cakes nor pastries, whatever!

Let’s take good care of our health for it’s very expensive to get sick nowadays. All you need is a simple record book and a pen or pencil to keep track of yourself.

Health is wealth no matter what you think of it!

Remember… PREVENTION is always better than cure.

UNTV 37: Six years of Public Service

The Pillar of Public Service In Philippine Television

On July 18, 2010, I went to World Trade Center in Pasay City wherein UNTV 37 celebrated its 6th year Anniversary.

Their theme “The Pillar of Public Service In Philippine Television” which really fits their untiring effort to the public for the past six years.

Comparatively, other stations celebrate its anniversaries with lots of entertainment with an array of celebrities where they earn revenues for their station because of commercials.

UNTV 37 offered a gigantic parade of Public Service to their more than 5,000 guests and well wishers that attended the celebration.

Topping the lists of services rendered was the FREE Medical and Dental check-ups including FREE Medicines.

FREE Legal consultation is always a part of their mission. There’s also a Job Fair where many took advantage of it.

You can have your day ‘cause there are so many booths from different companies where they presented their products and expertise, from clothing to gadgets and a lot more.

One of the crowd drawer is the largest pizza in town (or the world?) and of course the Planetarium where thousands line-up to see the “Real Thing”. What you see inside is what you are seeing during the night… and it’s for FREE!

Well, IF I have a business and wanted to draw huge buyers, I would entrust it to UNTV 37, the promotions of my company and products.

They’re so professional in all aspects of what they think, say or do.

Be an advertiser of UNTV 37, you will be helping the network grow and likewise the Beneficiaries of the ONLY Public Service Channel in the Philippines (more…)

IF you are Noynoy Aquino…

Mabuhay!

This coming June 30, 2010 the 15th Philippine President will be sworn into office and everybody is just as excited since everyone is hoping for a new beginning for the Philippines.

Now… just like in many situation when there is a new leadership that is about to start, there are so many speculations on how and what will be the program of Incoming President Noynoy Aquino.

Well, of course everybody is looking for a complete change in almost all aspect of the new administration.

Likewise everybody should be a part of the change that is about to happen. As they say change must come within the community and up it goes.

It is hope by every Filipino that the Noynoy government will introduce a system that will be beneficial to all concern. In other words… a government of the people and by the people as stated in the preamble of the Constitution.

This Post wanted to know… “If you are President Noynoy, what will be your priority in order for the Philippines regain its prominence!

If I am not mistaken we were second to Japan then here in Asia if we are going to talk about economy and life standard. Asians come to the country to study Agriculture, Medicines and other courses where the Philippines excel the most.

I am hoping that you will share your point of view whether you are a Filipino or foreigner who wanted to be a part of this Post.

Beware of the KILLER SMOKE…

SECOND HAND SMOKE… KILLS!

Are you aware that second hand smoke brings more health related problems than those direct smokers?

Study reveals that in the U.S. in the early 80’s deaths ranging from 35,000 to 40,000 deaths were attributed to passive smoking.

Now, the rate of non-smokers to have a heart disease is as high as 60 percent and that is very alarming.

It is very unfair for us non-smokers!

According to our government all effort is being implemented such as labeling the cigarette pack with the ill effects of smoking tobacco. Is this enough to console the non-smokers being exposed to killer smoke?

In the Philippines, we had a law Republic Act 9211 which was signed into law on June 23, 2003 by President Arroyo.

Accordingly, this anti smoking law is by far a first in the world that complies with World Health Organization (WHO) requirements.

However, no matter how good a law is… the question, IS IT BEING IMPLEMENTED TO THE LETTER?

Still we see so many cigarette vendors are on the street and selling this dangerous product. In almost all passenger jeepneys and buses they are free to smoke their cigarette at will and nobody is apprehending these law violators.

And most often the drivers also smokes so what is the use of the law which aims to protect both active and passive smokers?

Well, let us join hands… people of the world and let us combat this dangerous act and make our world a better place for our children.

It may be too late for us but there is still time for the next generation.
