The Pillar of Public Service In Philippine Television

On July 18, 2010, I went to World Trade Center in Pasay City wherein UNTV 37 celebrated its 6th year Anniversary.

Their theme “The Pillar of Public Service In Philippine Television” which really fits their untiring effort to the public for the past six years.

Comparatively, other stations celebrate its anniversaries with lots of entertainment with an array of celebrities where they earn revenues for their station because of commercials.

UNTV 37 offered a gigantic parade of Public Service to their more than 5,000 guests and well wishers that attended the celebration.

Topping the lists of services rendered was the FREE Medical and Dental check-ups including FREE Medicines.

FREE Legal consultation is always a part of their mission. There’s also a Job Fair where many took advantage of it.

You can have your day ‘cause there are so many booths from different companies where they presented their products and expertise, from clothing to gadgets and a lot more.

One of the crowd drawer is the largest pizza in town (or the world?) and of course the Planetarium where thousands line-up to see the “Real Thing”. What you see inside is what you are seeing during the night… and it’s for FREE!

Well, IF I have a business and wanted to draw huge buyers, I would entrust it to UNTV 37, the promotions of my company and products.

They’re so professional in all aspects of what they think, say or do.

Let’s run for a “cause”! Be a part of history when “Isang Araw Lang: Takbo Para sa Libreng Kolehiyo” unfolds on January 31, 2010 at the Mall of Asia grounds.

This HUGE event will be participated by no less than 50,000 dedicated runners willing to give a day for a noble event of the year.

This project is just one of the advocacy of Kuya Daniel Razon of UNTV, the only Public Service Channel and Bro. ELI Soriano of the Ang Dating Daan and the Kamanggagawa Foundation.

This FREE EDUCATION project not only covers FREE Tuition but also FREE Books, FREE Uniforms and FREE Meals.

This is the right time to give our youth their bright Tomorrow… TODAY!

UNTV, the Public Service Channel, through its morning show “Good Morning Kuya (GMK)” launches “ISANG ARAW LANG” campaign addressing all Filipinos who can contribute to the cause of the less fortunates.

Kuya Daniel Razon is calling on all sectors of Professionals, Businessmen, and the likes to offer its services just for one day for FREE to alleviate the plight of the poor sector of the community.
